Learn To Cook Mexican Salsas
Immerse yourself in Mexico's extraordinary food culture and learn to make a selection of four spectacular salsas, handmade tortillas, quesadillas and a vegan option.
In this class we will create a simple but diverse menu, where everyone can combine the ingredients of their quesadilla with their salsa of choice. The salsas will give every bite a different flavor and will be easy for you to replicate at home. Definitely everyone will take something home from this for their own cooking.
The class will happen in a warmly intimate setting in our atelier in Berlin Tiergarten, in a house that was once inhabited by the infamous actress Marlene Dietrich. It’s the perfect chance to learn more about Mexico, make food, friends, listen to music, laugh and experience a tasty menu in our beautiful space.
Please consider that the experience can be held in more than one language at the same time :) That is english, deutsch and español! I’m sure we are going understand each other, as we speak the language of food and love.
