No recording devices of any type are allowed for any part of any of Dr. Herman's events worldwide.

What's the refund policy?

None (no exceptions).

Can I update my registration information?

No need, as long as the original information can be proven at the event.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

If there is proof of the transfer from one person to another.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

If there is proof of the original ticket-holder's transfer, or of the differing name (e.g. legal vs preferred name).

Event attendance.

Events begin on time. Any time missed by attendees for any events due to tardiness will not be made up, and will not be refunded.

Online platform.

Google Meet, Skype, Whatsapp, and Zoom are used for online events; however, whatever best suits Dr. Herman will be used (depending on the technology available to him wherever he is in the world at that time). As a last resort, a regular phone call can be used.

Recording.

All events may be recorded by Dr. Herman and/or his delegates using audio and/or video means for various purposes, including but not limited to advertising, consulting, marketing, and research.
