This is such a fun bread making class, making two different types of bread. One is a simple dough with delicious topping, the other is an enriched dough which is a bit more challenging, but still do-able if you're new to baking. You'll be able to see how different doughs look, and feel under your fingertips as you work them, rest them and shape them.
It's a lovely class and always with friendly people, so arriving solo is no problem at all.
