Christopher Siu, founder of Daan Go Cake Labs is in Vancouver & teaching this exclusive & hands-on class for Mid-Autumn Moon Festival!
About this Event

Chris will be teaching us 4 different fillings from his offerings this year: Pistachio egg yolk, Houjicha, 5 nut mix, and white lotus seed. Chinese Tea will be served and water during the event. You will bring home 4 mooncakes baked by you and also received an exclusive gift card for the new Daan Go store in Vancouver!

This will be a very intimate baking class and there are limited spaces available!
