We’re excited to offer this class where you can learn two new skills at once! We’ll guide you through the basics of upcycling, using our American Paint Company chalk & mineral paints, sealers, waxes, and glazes. After you paint your item, we’ll jump into the art of décor transfer application including all the tips and tricks to make ever application a success. These transfers by Iron Orchid Designs (IOD) are truly something special and they’re what will take your future décor and furniture projects to the next level for yourself, gift giving or flipping.For this workshop, participants will need to bring an item to redo from home (i.e. small décor items like jewelry boxes, mirrors, trays, risers, etc. OR very petite and simple furniture). All items must be pre-approved and meet the criteria for this workshop upon registration. This will ensure we have enough time to paint, dry, and apply the décor transfer within 4 hours.
What’s Included: Qty. 1, 4 oz. paint in your chosen color, 4 oz. of top coat, hard coat, or enough wax to finish your project. Plus, unlimited use of transfers from use Mustard Seed’s “open stock” of IOD décor transfers to apply during class.
