About this Event
When we work on our health and fitness goals, including nutrition and weight management, breaking bad habits, creating healthy eating habits, and sustaining these can be the biggest challenges we face.
- Do you find yourself craving and turning to comfort food when you are stressed?
- Do you use food as a reward to boost your mood?
- Do you find yourself impulsively making choices not in line with your goals when feeling stressed, overwhelmed, busy, tired, and sad, and regret these later?
- Do you find yourself fighting with your inner saboteur and sometimes making choices that are not in line with your goals?
- Do you find yourself ticking all the boxes but can’t understand why you are still struggling to maintain or lose weight towards your goals? Have you considered the impact of your mind, mood, and lifestyle factors?
Have you considered the impact your mind, thoughts, nervous system, hormone production, and habits are having on you achieving your goals?
In my 90-minute workshop I am going to help you to:
- Understand how and why we create bad habits of thinking and behaviour concerning food. Most importantly how we can destroy these and take back control of our mind to create healthy habits.
- Provide you with tools you can use daily to help change the way you think and respond to your eating habits to embed healthy habits in line with your goals.
- Take you through a guided 25-minute relaxation to help strengthen your subconscious mind to embed new ways of thinking and behaviour, improving your mind communication and daily decisions and choices.
- Give you lifetime access to my 'Breaking Bad Habits' relaxation audio to help you continue your journey.
- Enjoy homemade soup made by Mind and Body Natural Health Centre.
As a solution-focused hypnotherapist and mindset coach for 3.5 years, I have supported numerous individuals on their weight management journey to create lifelong habits to maintain their health, wellness, and fitness routines. From working on their relationship with food, breaking bad eating habits, lifestyle factors such as managing the impact of stress, seeing themselves as a priority, and increasing their confidence and motivation by working on their self-talk. Personally, as a woman who has spent the past 4 years on a health and fitness journey, whilst managing the competing demands of life, I understand and can appreciate the challenge we face which is why I want to support you too.
