Join us for a session on learning how to tie knots!
Have you always wanted to learn how to tie different knots and create knot art? Come and join us for this very special workshop that explores learning The Basics of Knot Typing in this hands-on workshop led by Mark Shipley - a local fisherman.
This is an introductory session. No experience required and materials provided!
Open to everyone and anyone!
Attendees will learn how to create three different knots and learn how to create their very own keychain.
About our facilitator:
Mark Shipley is local to Hastings, lived in Colombia for a big part of his life, and is a fisherman that is passionate about what he does. He has been creating knot tying art for as long as he can remember.
Your workshop ticket gets you:
1.5 hour workshop on learning knot tying and a take home keychain
An opportunity to meet new friends and to tour the Shipwreck Museum and try out their knot tying board!

The building is wheelchair accessible. Someone will greet you at the font of the building.
Wheelchair accessible toilets are outside and across the road, or across the way at the Aquarium.
There will be a 10 minute break in the middle of the session.

The suggested ticket price is £4.
