Recieve a Reiki Level 1 Attunement and certificate!This three hour class will teach you and five others the history of our Reiki lineage and how to activate, feel and utilize subtle energy through the palms of your hands and feet. Along with the 12 specific hand positions taught in Reiki. As well as how to work with the 7 major chakras withing your own energy field!
Level 1 is primarily focused on sensing subtle energy, using the personal hand positions on yourself, food, drinking water, bath water, pets etc. All to benefit yourself and make room for meditation, healing, expansion and growth.

What you will need: - a pen - a notebook
THERE WILL BE MATS AND PILLOWS AVAILABLE. BUT FEEL FREE TO BRING ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE, SUCH AS LOOSE CLOTHING, A LIGHT BLANKET, WATER BOTTLE, A LIGHT SNACK ETC.
