Join us for a comprehensive core and diastasis recti workshop led by Dr. Macy Basterrechea. This informative session will guide you through understanding, identifying, and effectively managing or preventing diastasis recti, a common condition affecting the abdominal muscles during pregnancy and postpartum. You will learn exercises, how to properly engage your core during exercise, practical tips, and receive professional advice to aid in your recovery and build core strength. You'll also receive a personal diastasis recti screening! Whether you're newly postpartum or years into your journey, this workshop is designed to empower your path to a stronger you!

We are the building with the maroon awning in the the front. You can park behind the building, use the stairs or elevator to come up to the 2nd floor and we are in Suite 204A.
