The Heart Chakra (Anahata) is the energetic bridge between body and spirit, responsible for compassion, emotional balance, forgiveness, and connection. When this chakra is in harmony, we feel open, peaceful, and deeply connected.
Join us for a gentle, soul-soothing workshop where we’ll explore the Heart Chakra and plant-based practices to support it.
Together, we will:

💔 Identify signs of imbalance — grief, resentment, emotional burnout, or over-giving

LOCATION: Westgate Community Center, 10001 De Vargas SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
Please note:
~ This class is for people who are 18 years of age or older. Childcare is not available at the community center. Please plan accordingly.
~ Pre-registration is required so we have enough materials on hand. Walk-ins will not be accepted. Registration will close on August 20th.
~ Registration on or before August 15th will be $20.00 per person. Registration will be $25.00 thereafter.
~ Per the City of Albuquerque, if you do not have a community center pass, you will need to sign-up for one prior to participating. They are free! Please allow a few extra minutes before class to sign up for a community center pass.
