Splitting Edge has asked us to do a series of workshops at their spot in Pottstown!First one starts on Sunday - January 11th @ noon
2 hour workshop
You will learn about the different varieties that we grow & their health benefits.
-Shiitake
-Lions Mane
-Maitake
-Reishi
-Nameko
-King Oyster
We will go over the lifecycle of the mushroom, how to source your wood, how to care/harvest/store your mushrooms & potential pests.
First hour will be a discussion and open for any questions. Second hour you will be guided through the inoculation process.
Each ticket is $75 which will send you home with 2 fully inoculated logs with spawn of your choice (shiitake or lions mane)
