DATE MOVED TO JULY 14. 4 Hours “Learn How Dance Mambo on 2” Workshop for ON1 Dancers.
In this two hour workshop leaders and followers will gain key insight how they can take what they already know on1 and use it to dance salsa on2. Participants will gain knowledge of basic combinations and the appropriate footwork and timing to dance salsa on2.

What to Expect:
Hour 1 & 2: Timing for dancing on2. Connecting to beat and connecting to the instruments. Leaders and followers will learn how to step on2 and also how to find the pocket in the music to confidently dance salsa on2 all night.
Hour 2 & 4: Partnering on2. Leaders and followers will learn and practice salsa on2 social patterns and gain tips about how to use what they know from salsa on1 in their on2 structure. Participants will have plenty of time to troubleshoot what feels different and ask questions about what is the same and what is different.
Pre Requiste: Must be beg level 2 and above and know how to listen and dance Salsa on 1 to the music.
All dancers should be ready to have fun while learning something new. This is not about converting anyone to a better or worse form of salsa, but rather to expand the range of salsa expressions that dancers can enjoy!
