St John's CPR class: 3 Steps For Life covers infant, child and adult CPR by hand and using a defibrilator. Be present to learn this life saving information. Bring your friends and relatives so they also know what to do in an emergency.
We're very relaxed here; we provide nibbles and hot drinks while Annette teaches you about CPR. We encourage everyone to have a go - it's not as easy as it looks and its hard to think in an emergency so practising helps.
