Free Learn, Cook, Eat program!In conjunction with Foodbank, we have the pleasure of hosting several free nutrition education and cooking programs at our Skills Centre in Northam.
The program is suitable for people with disability and their support works and is aimed at adults who are living independently or in shared accommodation.
The program will include:
Healthy Eating
Cooking
Meal planning
The program is being run between 10am - 12.30pm on:

Friday 8th December
Thursday 14th December
Friday 15th December
