Those who are currently enrolled or have completed Junior High School, Senior High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree and higher. Possess a strong moral compass, positive personality traits, and demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and development.

- City Tour: Visit Jewel & Merlion Park
