Hi everyone, my name is Natalie and I am a Birmingham based, full time property investor. I have over 24 years of property experience and over 30 years of construction experience (im 3rd generation in the field).
You will be learning all of the fundamental aspects of property, including planning permission, construction, contracts with builders and much more. Effectively, you will learn as much information as you wish to and you then get a return on your money.

I am a property specialist with my main interests being in design (both interior and exterior), helping others build/expand their portfolios, developments and upcoming commercial conversions.

This is an A-Z learning experience and will help you wade your way through the property world, with the reassurance of somebody with over a 20 years worth of knowledge and experience to guide you through the process. It's a great way to earn money and gain a mass of education along the way.

11:30AM - 12:15PM The process of purchasing, including an explanation on the type of finance (if used) we obtained to complete on the property
12:15PM - 1:30PM - The process of finding a contractor to carry out the renovation and ensuring you have the right contacts in place to protect you as the client

1:30PM - 2:15PM The start to finish process of a renovation
2:30PM - 3:30PM - Planning, architects and surveyors

3:30PM - 4:15PM - Relaxed drinks and networking

4:30PM - 5:15PM - How to properly snag a property

5:30PM - 6:15PM - The process of a sale or refinance
