Exceptional Services Agency (ESA) AI Lab for Young Adults is a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to build your own custom AI assistant and understand how AI can be used in real life.
This lab is designed for young adults ages 18–25 who want practical skills they can actually use. You don’t need any coding experience, tech background, or prior knowledge of AI. Everything is broken down in a simple, supportive way.
What This Lab Is About
In this lab, you’ll learn how AI assistants work and how to shape them to support real tasks. You’ll explore how AI can help with everyday work, organization, and business ideas by creating a custom AI assistant step by step.
The focus is on understanding how to guide AI, not programming it.
