Active bodies & schedules leading to busy minds. Yoga can be a helpful tool to navigate the demands by bringing us more calmness and mindfulness.
This a fun opportunity for your kiddos to unwind, move their bodies, and learn about yoga in a kind and playful environment.
We will stretch, breathe, build strength, flexibility, self-confidence and concentration as well as play fun interactive games, partner poses, and learn ways to relax the nervous system together as we embrace the fun of summertime.
No experience is necessary!

Adult power flow being held at the same time. Come stretch your body & calm the mind while your kiddos are right next-door having fun!
Best for Ages: 6 -11, but all are welcome!
