During the session you lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed. Music is used to support the activation of specific brainwave patterns, and Robin might intuitively touch you on certain points on the body.
On the inside, a wide range of phenomenon can occur from spontaneous movements, to emotional release, visuals or feelings of bliss. Some consider it a purifying experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations, and release can happen physically, mentally, energetically and emotionally. For each individual the experience is unique, every time.
