Reflective Practice Sessions: Self-Care, Burnout & Healing
Join us for a monthly reflective practice series designed to support self-care, staff-care, and professional growth. Running from May to October, these Friday sessions provide a dedicated space for personal and group reflection, case discussions, burnout management, and healing activities, incorporating psychodrama and other practices.
💭 The theme of this session is Centring Children in Family Violence Practice.

These sessions provide a supportive space for professionals to reflect, recharge, and develop sustainable self-care practices while strengthening their work in trauma-informed spaces.
