Get Ready for the Avon & Somerset SAR Abseil!
Register now for the chance to abseil from the top of the iconic Ashton Gate Stadium on August 23, 2026. No experience necessary. Bring your friends, enjoy the views, and experience the thrill of descending one of Bristol’s iconic spots. Don’t miss out on this unforgettable adventure!
This adrenaline filled activity is raising money for local search and rescue charity the Avon & Somerset Search And Rescue (ASSAR). Face your fears on the roof of the Dolman Stand as you lean back and abseil down 75ft to land by the side of the pitch and gain bragging rights every time you visit the stadium.
Your safety is paramount and the event will be run by skilled rope professionals provided by Aardvark Endeavours. Over 12s only (under 18s must be accompanied by parent / legal guardian who does not need to abseil).
Ticket Options:
- Non - Fundraiser ticket (£40.00) buy your own entry, turn up on the day with your ticket.
- Fundraiser ticket (free for you) If you raise £200 or more your entry is free! Raise sponsorship via Justgiving (www.justgiving.com). We will require proof of sponsorship on the day, if minimum sponsorship has not been reached you will be required to pay for a fee for entrie on the day.
