The bright, beautiful, and changing season of Spring can be eventful as we prepare for Summer. Let’s take some time to slow down, connect with the body, the breath, as well as with our littlest loved ones!

In this class we will build strength, balance, self-confidence, have fun with games and partner poses to get those wiggles out, as well as practice tools to help calm the nervous system.
Yoga can be a helpful tool to navigate the busy and bring us all to a calmer state of mind. Give yourself the gift of
settling into stillness, having fun with your kiddos, and the practice of being in the moment.
