WHAT TO EXPECT RIVER EDITION - LOCATION CHANGE for this month ONLY we will be UP AT THE RIVER - at a location between Halbury and Balaklava on the Wakefield River.
1pm - 5pm (please arrive from 12:30pm to allow adequate time to land, unpack and begin without rush, its really important that we start on time so we plenty of time and space to move through each of the invitaions and explore with spaciousness)
INVITATION — Breathe and connect to self, to others, and to earth. While I flow with the energy of the day, this usually includes guided meditation and/or breath work (though nothing is guaranteed).

Authentic Relating/Tantric/Connection games — These invite you deeper into energy awareness and human connection. You might be invited to look someone in the eye, but remember: everything is optional—you always have choice. We might pull cards, climb trees, dance, or scream...who knows!?
SHARED FOOD — Bring a pot and we'll all eat together. This ritual connects and weaves us together.
This month there won't be a FIRE as it’s fire ban season, but we’ll have the river to play near and in if you feel like taking a dip, its ice cold so this may or may not replace the traditional ICE BATH, either way, bring your bathers if you wanna get well acquainted with the element of water.
Whatever we do, our intention is that you'll leave feeling full of yourself and deeply connected to the world and others in ways that heal and nourish!
