PROGRAMME
Afternoon workshop 2-4pm (included in ticket).
Doors open for evening ball at 7pm.
Dancing 8pm – 11pm with 15 minute break at 9:15pm.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
Dinner is not included, but there are several restaurants within easy walking distance of the venue. There are also several hotels a short walk away. You may bring your own nibbles to eat during the short break at 9.15pm and a bar will be available to purchase drinks from (so please do not bring your own).
DRESS CODE
The vast majority of dancers will be in Regency dress. If you don't have your own Regency clothes, then there are a couple of excellent hire companies - Farthingale Costumes (https://www.farthingalecostumes.com) and Bath Theatrical Costume Hire (https://baththeatrical.com)
GETTING THERE
The Pump Rooms are in the centre of Leamington Spa and are 10 minutes drive from J13 of the M40. The venue has no parking, but there are several chargeable car parks in the town centre. The venue is also a 5-minute walk from the railway station, which has regular services to London Marylebone, Birmingham Moor St, Oxford and Reading.
