📣 2026 Primary Election Candidate EventThe League of Women Voters of the Edwardsville Area invites the public to attend our 2026 Primary Election Candidate Event on Tuesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wildey Theatre, 252 North Main Street, Edwardsville, IL 62025.
We are pleased to announce that 12 candidates have accepted our invitation, representing multiple parties and races, including:
• U.S. House District 15 (Republican and Democratic candidates)
• U.S. House District 13 (Republican and Democratic candidates)
• Illinois House District 109
• Illinois Senate District 56
• Madison County Clerk & Recorder
Each candidate will have time to introduce themselves and respond to questions addressing key policy issues. Questions will be provided in advance to ensure a fair and informative forum.
