Lead Us Home, a Santa Clara County and beyond initiative from Life Services Alternatives advancing inclusive, community-based housing for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Need & location: Predevelopment and capital support for accessible homes and shared community spaces; Santa Clara County, California, USA and beyond. The campaign frames a multi-year path from local pilots to a countywide pipeline of inclusive housing.
