The 1st Annual Leads Con is a real estate conference exclusively built to teach you to generate leads in 6 different ways hosted by Curtis Kupfersmith & Geoff Long. The health of any real estate business is determined by the amount of leads you as a Realtor can generate on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This very tactical event will teach you how to do each lead generation method from start to finish as well as demonstrate how to do them. Each topic will be 1 hour long allowing plenty of time to go into enough detail to give you all the tools you need to start using each lead generation method. The goal is to teach you how to start generating your own leads the next day after the conference in whichever lead generation method you choose to do. You will hear from people in and out of Oklahoma who are thriving in their business and willing to share how they generate leads within their own businesses. There will be a CE credits available for attending this event and we will have more details for how to register at the event!

1) How to list 100 homes in 1 year - Sandee Payne
-Sandee is from Ft Hood, Texas and listed 100 homes in just 10 months on her own with various lead gen sources. She had shared at Tom Ferry events and other large conferences around the United States about how to generate listing leads and win the listing once you're at the listing appointment!
2) Generate Your Own Online Leads - Cameron Burke
-Cameron has generated 1000's of leads and closed 100's of transactions through paid ads and organic social media posts. He will teach you how to generate leads using Google SEO as well as how to share in an authentic way on social media that will actually get you business.
3) How to Systemize getting Referrals - Tanner Streater
-Although he's not a Realtor, Tanner Streater with Acts 29 Roofing has built a large roofing and construction business without ever paying for leads, knocking on doors, or cold calling home owners. He has built a system that him and his employees use to build and strengthen relationships that leads to business and referrals.
4) Cold Calling that Works - Breann Green
-Breann has ran a team that's been in the top 100 producing team's in OKC for nearly 10 years through building a culture of lead generation. One of the lead generation methods she's used from the beginning is cold calling and she's very good at it. Breann will teach you who to call, what to say, and how to make cold calling an effective strategy and not just something you dread doing.
5) Direct Mail Farming - Curtis Kupfersmith and Jen Berge
-Curtis has been sending direct mail for over 11 years from farming neighborhoods for traditional seller leads to mailing non-owner occupants for investment leads. Curtis will teach you how to determine who to mail to, what to say in your letters, and how often to mail them. Additionally, Jen Berge from Chicago Title will share how to use Chicago Title's suite of software platforms to run your lists, build your postcards with templates, and how to simplify mailing to your lists.
6) Video Marketing that Gets you Business - Reed Ewing
-Reed is the owner of Ewing Media Co and has been providing photos and videos for Realtors for many years now. Reed will teach you how to structure your videos to get the most amount of views, closings that get people to comment, and how to turn views into leads.

-Doors will open at 8 AM -Lunch is included in your ticket price -Must show ticket or give name of person who bought your ticket to be admitted into the conference -If you purchase a block of 5 or more tickets, we will have a placard reserving your table. Outside of that, there is no assigned seating at the event. -There are no refunds for this event. If you are unable to attend, you may re-sell or transfer your ticket to someone else though.
