Join us on Friday, March 7th in Spieker Forum for the 2025 Women in Leadership Conference: Leading with Purpose! This year’s event will explore how aligning personal values with professional goals can drive meaningful career fulfillment and leadership impact. Through engaging panels, fireside chats, and networking sessions, we’ll dive deep into topics like balancing family and career, purpose-driven leadership, and fostering authenticity at work.

Keynote Speaker
Host: Lori Wright

Info: Lori Wright is the Corporate VP of Gaming Partnerships & Business Development at Microsoft, leading global partnerships, business development, and strategy for Xbox. She oversees $1B+ in licensed content investments and manages relationships with thousands of creators worldwide.

Previously, Lori was VP/GM of Marketing for Office 365 and held executive roles as CMO at BlueJeans Network and TIBCO Software. At Symantec and VERITAS, she worked across finance, product, marketing, M&A, and eCommerce, later becoming GM of Emerging Products and leading Norton’s multi-billion-dollar eCommerce group.

She began her career at Walt Disney Co. as a business analyst and has advised numerous startups. A featured speaker for women in business and tech, she also serves on the board of The Skatepark Project, founded by Tony Hawk, supporting safe, inclusive public skateparks for underserved youth.

With Generative AI, product experience is evolving, requiring new interaction and information delivery models. Amy’s team is at the forefront, shaping intelligent experiences that anticipate needs, boost productivity, and elevate work.

Previously, Amy led User Experience for Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Calendar. Before that, she was Head of UX at LinkedIn across consumer and enterprise solutions. Her background includes hands-on digital product design for personalized, high-traffic consumer and enterprise products.

Info: Kimberly Bryant, a visionary tech leader and Founder of Black Girls CODE and the Black Innovation Lab by ASCEND Ventures. She is dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities and driving impact through innovation.

Black Innovation Lab, an ASCEND Ventures initiative based in Memphis, supports the next generation of Southern tech innovators, fostering equity and generational wealth.

Before ASCEND, Kimberly founded Black Girls CODE, introducing girls of color (6-18) to tech and entrepreneurship. Under her leadership, it grew into an international organization with 100K+ students across the US and South Africa. Her work has earned Business Insider’s 25 Most Influential African-Americans in Tech, The Root 100, Ebony Power 100, and awards from the White House and Smithsonian Institute.

A sought-after speaker and advisor, Kimberly provides coaching, board advisory, and public/private sector insights, with features in Forbes, FastCompany, Wired, and NYT.
