Objective: Leadership techniques for creating psychologically safe spaces with inclusion safety, learning safety, contributor safety, & challenger safety.
Target: Senior Executives, Leaders with People Responsibilities
Format: 2.5 days with two days intensive (four 3.5-hour group modules) and one 3 hr online case study session later. The participants will work on a case study for 2-3 hr per week after the intensive.

Psychological Safety typically has four components: Inclusion Safety, Learner Safety, Collaboration Safety, and Challenger Safety. Our four modules will prepare you for each of these components.
The program is based on the latest research in people management and incorporates philosophy, psychology, and business management components.

- Inclusion Safety: Crafting an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, protected, and can take risks is at the core of diverse, safe spaces.
- Learner Safety: The learning organizations embed a culture of treating mistakes as an opportunity for growth.

Collective Culture (Day 2)
- Collaboration Safety: Navigating a difficult conversation directly, empathetically, and reflectively can transform a challenge into an opportunity.
- Challenger Safety & Persuasion: A compelling argument seamlessly weaves Ethos, Logos, and Pathos. Master the art of integrating these components for impactful message positioning.
