The current workplace is challenging and the expectations of Leaders to manage people’s health, wellbeing and psychological safety is growing. This workshop will focus on the key issues today’s leaders are facing and the impact on the workplace when wellbeing is not managed effectively.
Learning outcomes
Following the program participants will be able to:
- Explain what wellness is and why it is important
- Identify the key drivers for focusing on wellbeing
- Explain the leader’s role in building an environment of psychological safety
- Build awareness of what is working for organisations and how to tailor your wellness stratergy
