Content:
Level 2 Leading Wellbeing Workshop content builds on Level 1 foundations of Mental Health in the construction sector, equipping leaders to:
~ Promote a positive mental health culture by implementing strategies and techniques that prioritise mental wellbeing and foster a supportive work environment.
~ Respond effectively to crises by employing appropriate management techniques and providing immediate support and intervention.
~ Manage burnout among team members through identification, intervention, and prevention strategies, ensuring their overall wellbeing.
~ Emphasise self-care by exploring practices and strategies that enhance personal resilience and model healthy behaviors for the team.
~ Understand the impact of psychology and leadership styles on team dynamics and performance, facilitating effective leadership strategies.
3 hour workshop.
Resource book and pocket guide provided for each attendee.
