This unique program draws on best practice Change Management tools and translates key findings from Dr Brené Browns research, David Rock (Neuroscience of Change) and PROSCI – world renowned for best practice in change tools.

Now more than ever how you lead, and how you support others through change fatigue is a core differentiator for effective leaders.

The Good Stuff - Workshop Outcomes

1. Understand the core practices that make change initiatives successful.

2. Define your Change Project and Vision

3. Complete a Change Readiness Assessment to determine your change competencies and any gaps

4. Understand how Dr Brené Browns courage skills inform successful change.

5. Maximise sponsor and stakeholder engagement for change success.

6. Complete a Barriers to Success Assessment and plan strategies to overcome resistance to change.

In addition to the one day program you can choose the “gold package” and participate in a 2 hour coaching circle. The Change Coaching Circle occurs one month after your face to face workshop and is designed to check in on your Change Project progress and support you with coaching and tools to maintain change momentum.

With a diverse background within Shell International and Pricewater House Coopers Anna's international experience spans roles in leadership, organisational development, and change management. Anna is passionate about creating courageous, change agile workplaces. Clients include Telstra, Supreme Court of Victoria, Allied Health, Santos, Queensland Education Leadership Institute, Department of Education, and BHP to name but a few.
