Leading Through Change

This series is designed to enable leaders to understand their role in leading change and understand the competencies, behaviors and mindsets required to effectively lead change. Participants will learn to navigate the change process and learn how to formulate an effective change management plan. They will also understand the impact of change and learn to apply tools to leads others through change.
