About this Event

Are you a manager or leader who would like to develop your communication skills with your teams?

This event will provide an overview of leadership styles and a tool to takeaway and put into practice with your team to develop your 1-1 conversations. You will leave with a better understanding of your leadership style and feeling more confident in your leadership position.

This will be an interactive workshop where you will actively learn more about yourself as a leader. You will leave with practical tools that you can put into practice in your day to day business activity.

The workshop is led by Jessica Shields, an executive coach with vast experience, particularly in the NHS, professional services and manufacturing industries. The techniques taught in this workshop are relevant to people in all business sectors.
