About this session
Positive workplace behaviour is critical for an effective workplace culture. Workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination are issues that can erode a positive productive culture and create serious risks for all, yet too often we avoid dealing with these behaviours or allegations only to see them escalate. Workplaces that experience real or perceived workplace bullying, harassment or discrimination are at risk of lower productivity, poor morale, higher turnover, poor employer reputation and other potential great costs to the organisation. It is essential that managers, leaders and staff are equipped to effectively manage these issues. This program will equip participants with both the knowledge and skills to be able to proactively prevent these issues arising, effectively deal with issues which do arise and to role model and manage overall standards.
