This workshop is about...
Leadership in a constantly changing world is disruptive and often isolating. To create the conditions for individuals and teams to thrive in this context will require a deep understanding of boundary-spanning and a commitment to building capacity to bridge across lines of difference. In this session, participants will examine how compassion, well-being, and belonging serve as drivers of positive organizational culture that enables innovation and creativity. This session is ideal for graduate students aspiring to lead with empathy, shape healthy organizational cultures, and promote holistic well-being in academic and professional contexts.
