Panelists Include:
Jennifer P. Keller is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Baker Donelson Law Firm. Her main priorities include overseeing the firm’s legal services, driving revenue growth, and fostering new business development across the firm’s departments and practice groups. She ensures client satisfaction and focuses on the development, engagement, and training of the firm’s attorneys and paralegals. Additionally, Jennifer manages key business operations such as IT, marketing, and business development, while working closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives. A former practicing Labor & Employment attorney, she is committed to the overall success and growth of the firm.
Andréa Brady Verzi is a dedicated social worker and nonprofit leader with over a decade of experience in social work and program development. As the Executive Director of Appalachian Mountain Project Access, she works with community partners to connect individuals with essential healthcare services. Andréa has devoted her career to serving others, empowering teams, and advocating for health equity. She also serves as treasurer for the Northeast Tennessee Association of Black Social Workers and a board member for the Tennessee Charitable Care Network. Outside of work, Andréa enjoys making music with the Johnson City Community Concert Band, chasing her 3-year-old son, and spending time with her two cats.
Detra Cleven, the President of Northeast Tennessee at Bank of Tennessee, acts as an advocate and partner for small business owners, helping them navigate the complexities of banking so they can concentrate on growing their enterprises. She is also dedicated to fostering the success and growth of bank employees under her leadership. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is actively involved in the community, contributing her time to organizations such as the United Way, American Heart Association, and more!
Molly Luton, the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Ballad Health, is a passionate storyteller and advocate for accessible healthcare who plays a key role in shaping how Ballad Health connects with the region. With degrees from Georgetown University and Emory & Henry College, she brings deep expertise in marketing and communications. Beyond her professional achievements, Molly is a devoted mother of three who understands the balance of career and family, making her an inspiring leader both in and outside the workplace.
Lora Eshbach is a creative entrepreneur and co-founder of The Generalist, a thriving general store and retail collective in Downtown Johnson City, Tennessee. Since opening in 2022, The Generalist has empowered over 100 local artists, makers, and vintage curators. Lora is passionate about supporting small businesses and fostering a dynamic local economy, serving on the Advisory Board for the Main Street Program of Downtown Johnson City. Recently a first-time mom, she leads with curiosity and care, setting an example for her daughter in both business and life.
Abby Zuniga is a trailblazer as the first Latina to serve on the board of directors for the Chamber of Commerce. A licensed esthetician, Phi Brow artist, intimate skincare specialist, and makeup artist originally from South Florida, Abby proudly opened her business in Johnson City in 2021, and has now successfully serviced 740 clients throughout the Tri-Cities. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals feel good about themselves, empowering them and building their self-confidence.
