Info: Justin Pollock is principal and founder of Orgforward launched in 2012 as a consultancy that partners with others to create and sustain communities where equity, dignity, engagement, and a healthy environment exist for everyone. He focuses on supporting people in building the leadership capacity that advances values and outcomes driven organizations that actively and consciously make the world a better place. Before launching Orgforward, Justin served in a key leadership role as Chief Operating Officer for Maryland Nonprofits. Justin has trained and presented to board, staff, and volunteers from hundreds of organizations and government agencies ranging from small start-ups to large well-established businesses on topics of governance, financial management, strategic planning, supervision, leadership development, and organizational sustainability.
