Julio Cruz is a leader committed to inclusive leadership and organizational development, with over ten years of experience in strategic planning, change management, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and public speaking. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Synergy Consulting, a firm dedicated to improving business culture and processes through effective leadership.
Julio holds a Bachelor of Science in Social and Human Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University and a Professional Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. He also holds two certificates in operational management from Purdue University.
Julio has led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies for the largest Catholic hospital network in the United States, Trinity Health. Julio also worked for the leading component company for the Recreational Vehicle industry, implementing the first strategy for Latino employees, and was part of the Leadership and Culture team.
In 2023, Julio was awarded the National Latino Leaders Award by the National Diversity Council, recognizing his success in the corporate arena and his work to
advance other Latinos in their careers.
His vast experience and commitment to creating inclusive and effective environments
make him a leading speaker and consultant in leadership and organizational development.
