This January 2026 BWell Leadership Journey is a one-day, high-impact experience created for Black women ready to elevate their presence and define their unique leadership signature.
Through reflection, dialogue, and practical strategies, you’ll learn how to lead with confidence, align your values with your professional impact, and show up with authenticity in every space.
