Exciting things are happening at Eastern Shore Baptist Church!With growth and new things happening, there is a growing need for teachers and leaders. Perhaps you have never had a teaching role. You may even feel a little bit overwhelmed at the idea of teaching a small group. Well, we have great news for you! Beginning Sunday, September 28, we will be offering a 4-week training course for anyone who has the desire to teach or lead. We're calling it Leadership University and it will be held weekly at 5 pm. This will be a fun, but informative, time meant to help equip and encourage potential leaders. Topics covered will include how to study for a lesson, how to prepare to teach, how to engage people of all ages and life stages, and how to connect and care for those in your group.
This is open to ALL those with questions or a desire to lead/teach, as well as any current teachers who may just need a bit of encouragement. If you would like to participate or have questions, please email Josh Raybon at [email protected].
