Radically Candid Leadership focuses on the skills needed to deliver effective guidance, both praise and criticism, in a way that produces better results and helps your team develop. The course aims to empower you to deliver honest feedback and understand how to turn the dial from management to leadership.
By the end of the half day workshop, you will be able to:
• Confidently deliver clear feedback.
• Use praise as an effective tool for leadership.
• Have direct conversations with their team to resolve issues.
• Recognise the skills they need to lead, rather than manage their team.
