Designed for mid-career individuals in management positions, this event in designed to focus on skill building and the creation of a VA cohort for rising leaders. Session topics include sessions by Dr. Christine Harris of the VA Department of Education on identifying leadership styles, communication, and team building; Steven Blashfield on Master Planning; and Nathan Stalvey on building board relationships. Participants will have check-ins throughout the fall and at the VAM 2025 conference in Blacksburg. Join us at the Manassas Museum for the symposium followed by a Meet-Up at Sinistral.
