9:00–10:30 AM: Business Session — Cross-generational Communication & Leadership
In partnership with Vail Valley Works
In today’s workplace, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z each bring distinct perspectives and strengths. This panel explores how leaders can harness these generational differences to build stronger teams, improve collaboration, and create workplaces that attract and retain talent.
By embracing generational perspectives, leaders not only bridge divides but also drive innovation, satisfaction, and long-term success.

Enjoy lively conversations across clubs—sharing ideas, projects, and inspiration that strengthen Rotary connections and spark new collaborations.
11:00 AM–1:00 PM: Keynote Address — Leading Ethically in an Age of Division
Featuring Mayor of Denver Mike Johnston
In an era when truth is contested, values collide, and divisions run deep, what does it mean to lead with integrity? Mayor Johnston will explore the courage to face conflict without flinching, the empathy to hear those we disagree with, and the moral courage to hold fast to what is right—even when the cost is high. Through stories, practical tools, and a vision for unity that embraces—not erases—differences, he will challenge and inspire Rotarians to see ethical leadership not as avoiding disagreement, but as guiding communities toward shared purpose.
