About this Event
This EGF Accelerator Leadership Learning Series is designed specifically for nonprofit leaders in middle management roles. These roles are critical to an organization's effective functioning, entrusted with a great deal of responsibility yet have constraints.
Middle managers are individuals who have at least one direct report as well as a supervisor who oversees their work but who don’t yet have full decision-making scope for their collective responsibilities. Middle managers tend to have titles such as manager, senior manager, assistant/associate director, and in some cases, director. If this sounds like your role, then this program is for you!
