In cooperation with our certified trainer Thijs Van Loon, we are launching the Leadership program which includes 06 trainings started in April 2021 until September 2021.
The Delegation & Empowerment training is the 4th session of the Leadership Program. Many managers struggle with giving their team instructions, or delegating tasks to their team members. They find it hard to give away responsibility, or want to see the task done in their way only. When you learn to delegate, not only do you free up time so you can focus on the big picture, but you also allow you staff to feel empowered and to grow their skills.

- How to give the right instructions
- How to empower your employees and share responsibility
- Tools for delegation, giving instructions and enabling empowerment
