You’re invited to the final night of our Leadership Nutrition Patch quarter!
Over the past three months, our Leadership Students have been studying nutrition, following healthy diets, and learning how food fuels their martial arts training. Now, it’s time for them to showcase what they’ve learned!
Each student will host a table with their poster presentation, explaining their chosen diet, its benefits, and their personal experience.

This is a fun, educational event for all AGPMA students, family, and friends. Come support our Leaders and learn something new about nutrition along the way!
