She will uncover the five main reasons so many women are wearing the wrong bra size and show how to identify when a bra truly fits correctly. Through examples of poorly fitted bras, comparisons with high-quality options, and even a live model demonstrating dramatic bra transformations, Maggie will highlight the impact of the right fit. She will also share practical tips on how to care for bras so they remain supportive longer, while explaining how proper support promotes not only comfort and posture but also breast health. To honor the theme of the month, she will close with a focus on the importance of self-checks and annual screenings, such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and thermal imaging, reminding every woman that health and confidence start with awareness and action.
