Leadership For A Sustainable Future: Lessons from The Solutionists, with Solitaire Townsend and Benedicta Banga
About this Event

In the face of the climate emergency, we desperately need new leaders, driving bold new solutions. But these changemakers face overwhelm and burn-out. So what does it take to thrive, and survive, in a world-changing career?

The Solutionists by Solitaire Townsend tells the stories of leading entrepreneurs and organisations paving the way to solving the climate crisis whilst offering fulfilling careers. The book sets out a blueprint, coaching the reader through the steps, mindsets and strategies it will take to lead massive change.

A successful entrepreneur and solutionist herself, Solitaire has also worked with the world’s most influential organisations, from Google to the United Nations, Ikea to WWF, providing her with a wealth of invaluable knowledge to share.

In this event, Solitaire will share insights into what needs to change for a new generation of business leaders to transform businesses and create a more sustainable society.

Her discussion with Benedicta will be followed by an audience Q&A.
