Visions Global Empowerment Sri Lanka recently conducted a transformative visit to Saiva Mangaiyar Vidyalayam in Colombo and facilitated a two-day leadership development training for the 40 new incumbent prefects on November 16th and 17th, 2023. The training provided a platform for the students to exhibit their skills in various dimensions, showcasing their enthusiasm and commitment to both personal and collective growth.
A highlight of the visit was the inauguration of the Smart Learning Centre, a collaborative effort between Ratnam Foundation, UK, and Mr. W. Harichandran, USA.
The positive interactions and inspiring displays of talent during this experience have strengthened Visions' dedication to establishing a long-term cultural exchange or capacity-sharing program between students from the Northern and Western Provinces.
